Hi and welcome to devnet,
What is that file ?
How did you receive it ?
What files did come with it ? -

The creators of this program should be able to help you.

@JKSH This problem occurred after one game I downloaded, then the message came and I removed all the game files. I wanted to try to delete the program, but I couldn't, because the deletion file was missing, this problem was also another program that I wanted to delete. The program makers also told me I still had to reinstall this program, I deleted it with force , but not all files were deleted.

Deleting applications files manually on Windows is usually a bad idea.
As the game developers suggested, re-install their application properly.
Do you have Qt installed on your machine somewhere ?
Do you have have other applications that are using Qt on your system ?
Do you have any Qt related environment variable declared system wide ? -

I'm sorry to hear about your troubles. Unfortunately, it sounds like your PC is quite messed up now. It is difficult for someone to help you over the Internet.
I suggest you ask a friend or family member who is good with computers. They might be able to help to fix your PC when they sit in front of the PC.

@SGaist I don't think so

@JKSH Factory Reset helps?

A Factory Reset will delete all your programs. It will also delete all your photos, videos, music, PDFs, spreadsheets, emails, and other documents from your PC.
Again, I suggest you ask an experienced person to look at your PC.

@JKSH But would that help? I'll load all the necessary programs on the memory stick

Have / Had you F-Secure software installed on your system? fshoster32 looks like it belongs to F-Secure security software.

Do you have have other applications that are using Qt on your system ?You dont need to use Qt (in terms of coding) on your system. If the software GUI, where fshoster32 comes from is using Qt, you may recieve this error too, if linked-libraries are missing (unintentionally deleted / moved while installing or deleting the game)
Before you start to re-install you Windows OS, try clean-up programs like CC-Cleaner to remove the leftover zombie files.
What kind of "game" was that? A "real" / bought game, made by serious developers or more like a mini game or something?Re-installing the fshoster32-software only, might fix it :)
