Deployment problem

I have a simple c++/qml application which when copied to a deployment folders gives this error

Please could someone explain what this means?

Hi, guessing that the Qt5Core.dll that's present in your deployment folder is of the wrong flavor, check that it's the one from the C:\Qt\5.12.0\mingw_64\bin folder.
