QtIFw: How to use Operations "CreateLocalRepository"

Hi,
i would like to know how to use the Operation "CreateLocalRepository".
Creates a local repository in the directory specified by repoPath. For offline installers, stores binary data in the directory specified by binaryPath.
It make no sense to me. Can someone give me an example? I dont know what to do with repoPath and binaryPath? Will the reposirory folder created automatically or have i to create it?
