Hi! I want to use QWifiManager class, when including it doesn't work?

The error is: no such file or directory.

    How to use it? Thanks.

      Hi @Cobra91151

I read: QWifiManager class was part of Qt 5.6. It is no more included in Qt Device Utilities (included in 5.9 & 5.10) module: https://bugreports.qt.io/browse/QTBUG-59949

      -Michael.

          Hi @Cobra91151

I think that even the Qt Enterprise version does no longer include QWifiManager. I have no idea what replaced it as of now.

          -Michael.

So, you mean that it's deprecated now?

                Hi @Cobra91151

That's my opinion, that's how understand the sentence I quoted above. It's no official statement. If you have the old version you should ask commercial support yourself, anyway.

                -Michael.

Ok. So in the old Qt version it was only for commercial support?

                    Hi @Cobra91151

QWifiManager is part of Bt2Qt (http://doc.qt.io/archives/qt-5.6-devicecreation/b2qt-addon-wifi.html) which is part of Qt for Device Creation which has the following license (http://doc.qt.io/archives/qt-5.6-devicecreation/qtee-licenses.html):

Qt for Device Creation is licensed under the Qt Enterprise commercial license. For more information, see http://www.qt.io/licensing. Evaluation licenses are also available, see Qt for Device Creation on www.qt.io.

That's how I would see it. But you can look for yourself.

                    -Michael.

Hello everyone, I need to access "QWifiManager" class to handle Wi-fi connectivity in embedded Qt App. using Qt 5.15, Boot2Qt.
Any idea, how to get this functionally in 5.15 or other version?
