Unsolved openssl built static but i get some errors

configure -static -platform win32-g++ -prefix "C:\Qt\Qt5_static" -debug-and-release -opensource -confirm-license -nomake examples -nomake tests -nomake tools -opengl desktop -no-angle -qt-sql-sqlite -openssl-linked -I C:\OpenSSL-Win32\include -L C:\OpenSSL-Win32\lib\VC\static OPENSSL_LIBS_DEBUG=-"lssleay32MTd -llibeay32MTd" OPENSSL_LIBS_RELEASE="-lssleay32MT -llibeay32MT" -make libs -qt-zlib -qt-pcre -qt-libpng -qt-libjpeg -qt-freetypeBut when i install and run with qtcreator i get this messages maybe because i didnt use the correct version:

@RIVOPICO
may it be possible that you downloaded OpenSSL built with msvc compilers?
But you are using the mingw (gcc) compiler. -
@RIVOPICO said in openssl built static but i get some errors:
-L C:\OpenSSL-Win32\lib\VC\static
To add to @raven-worx raven - there should not be any space between -L and the path: -L C:\OpenSSL-Win32\lib\VC\static
-
@raven-worx i think this i will try other and say you the result thx
-
@jsulm When configuring Qt, the space is needed between the
-L
and the path (same goes for-I
)The remark of @raven-worx is correct trying to build Qt with MinGW using an OpenSSL build for Visual Studio won't work.

The way I use openssl in my project is to add libeay32.dll and ssleay32.dll into the same directory used for executing that project.
