Remote Web Inspector

Greeting

I'm trying to run remote web inspector with qt-webkit. I followed the following link.

I did set environment variable and when i try to open "http://127.0.0.1:9010" in chrome/webkit browser, I get refused to connect error.

Can anyone explain me how it really works ?

Im using QT 4.8 with Visual Studio 2008.
