QMAKE not found
-
Dear readers,
when I open my terminal on my Mac and I want to use qmake commands it tells me:
-bash: qmake: command not found
Can someone please tell me how to fix this?
QT is installed at:/Devbizz/QtSDK/
Devbizz is my computer name by the way :)

Just add it to path. Like this:
@
PATH="/Devbizz/QtSDK/Desktop/<your qt version>/<compiler, usually gcc>/bin:$PATH"
@You can add this line to your .profile (although I think this file is called a bit different on Mac, you'll have to check that).
-
You just need to edit your .bash_profile file (if it exists, else create it) and add:
export QTDIR=/usr/local/Trolltech/Qt-4.8.0
export PATH=$QTDIR/bin:$PATHObviously set the path to your actual path to qmake...

On Mac OSX Lion that syntax is not correct.
I had to add this line of code on .bash_profile:@PATH=$PATH:/Users/marco/QtSDK/Desktop/Qt/4.8.1/gcc/bin
@
Obviously "/Users/marco" is my home folder
